SuperBloom Privacy Policy Notice

SuperBloom Partners Fund I LP (the “Fund” and, together with SuperBloom Partners Fund I GP LLC and SuperBloom Partners Management LLC, “SuperBloom”) takes precautions to maintain the privacy of personal information concerning the Fund’s current and prospective investors that are natural persons. These precautions include the adoption of certain procedures designed to maintain and secure such investors’ nonpublic personal information from inappropriate disclosure to third parties. Applicable regulations require SuperBloom to inform Fund investors of this privacy policy.

SuperBloom collects nonpublic personal information about Fund investors from the following

sources (regardless of the location of SuperBloom s offices):

• Information SuperBloom receives from a Fund investor in these Subscription Documents or other related documents or forms;
• Information about a Fund investor’s transactions with SuperBloom, its affiliates or others; and
• Information SuperBloom may receive from a consumer reporting agency.

SuperBloom does not disclose any nonpublic personal information about the prospective, existing or former Fund investors to anyone, except as permitted by law and regulation.

SuperBloom restricts access to nonpublic personal information about Fund investors to those of

SuperBloom employees, service providers and agents that need to know that information in order to provide services to Fund investors. SuperBloom may also disclose such information to its affiliates and to service providers and financial institutions that provide services to the Fund. SuperBloom will require such third-party service providers and financial institutions to protect the confidentiality of Fund investors’ nonpublic personal information and to use the information only for purposes for which it is disclosed to them. SuperBloom maintains physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with applicable standards to safeguard Fund investors’ nonpublic personal information and which SuperBloom believes are adequate to prevent unauthorized disclosure of such information, regardless of the location of SuperBloom offices.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional

purposes. All the above (or below) categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. SuperBloom does not collect any customer information except as noted above.
